Kong Wei, born in September 1981, a member of the CPC, is currently the chairman of Jiangsu Jintaibao Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. As a generation born in the 1980s, we have a solid and capable work style and an innovative and flexible work style. Jiangsu Jintaibao Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was founded in 1986, and its initial nature was an individual business. Due to living and dining in factories, Kong Wei witnessed the hardships of the older generation's entrepreneurship from a young age. It was in this harsh living environment that he began to develop a strong interest in product quality and research and development as a junior high school student. He had a certain interest in product research and development, processing, inspection, and sales. In the early 1990s, due to the sluggish domestic market, most motorcycle manufacturers in China used cars to offset their debts, causing Jintai Fort to enter a loss making operation. However, basking in the spring breeze of reform and opening up, Jintaibao also sensed the demand in the Southeast Asian market and opened up export opportunities. Since 2000, Jintai Bao Machinery Manufacturing has opened a factory in Vietnam, becoming one of the earliest companies in Taixing to go global in the early 20th century. Through scientific management and operation, the company has quickly turned losses into profits.

Integrity management, defending Made in China with product accuracy

Kong Wei witnessed the rapid development of the manufacturing industry in the early 1990s, as well as the exclusion of Chinese products from the Southeast Asian market due to poor product quality and lack of emphasis on contract spirit. In order to focus on product quality and defend Made in China, Chairman Kong Wei of Jiangsu Jintaibao Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. proposed the concept of "honest management, innovative development", quickly adjusted the product structure, expanded the domestic three wheeled motorcycle market, and proposed the core values of "using product precision to defend Made in China".

Service Strength

Jintaibao adheres to independent product research and development, while cooperating with the Institute of Automation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences to use new technologies and equipment to improve product quality.

We now have robot casting machines, automatic continuous aluminum melting furnaces, inclined casting machines, automatic spray painting and plastic spraying assembly lines, horizontal machining centers, vertical machining centers, and various CNC machining equipment, forming a production scale of 2 million sets of shock absorbers per year.

Jintai Fort utilizes 3D modeling and CAM technology, combined with advanced processing equipment, to achieve self-designed and manufactured models and molds required for production. The greatly shortened product design and development cycle provides customers with more and more flexible product selection space.
